Built to facilitate the management of compliance information within a large corporation, it allows building the corporate structure and assigning responsibilities for compliance management activities, disaggregating information requirements, ensuring a chain of responsibility for data validation and, as needed, for immediate integration to higher hierarchical levels. This module supports the identification and compliance management of legal obligations that do not require authorization, which complements the legal compliance of permits, allowing the creation of a matrix of applicable legal obligations per project or facility and managing their compliance. The general structure of requirements and compliance actions are equivalent to those of permits, which allows for good integration and joint reportability. This module provides access to the general list of legal obligations applicable to investment projects, from where the legal obligation file can be accessed. A database of approximately 300 regulatory bodies and around 3,000 obligations is available. The obligation sheet provides a comprehensive view to understand the obligation and is composed of: standard or regulation, article, obligation, facilities and associated processes, compliance schedule.
